- The 10:10 am Tai Chi class is still happening.
- All afternoon & evening classes are canceled.

- All classes are canceled.
- Friday (7/17/26):
- The 9:30 am Sturdy. Stable. Strong class is still happening.
- Saturday (7/18/26):
- All classes are unaffected and are all still happening.

- A good friend’s mother just passed and the wake is today.

Kung Fu Fundamentals and Fundamentals 2.0 are Canceled for Thursday 4/9/26.
- Daniel is still a little sick and doesn’t want to get anyone else sick.
- Plus, he is starting to lose his voice, and you know he’s got too many words to say… lol.
- Tai chi classes at 3 pm, and 4 pm are still happening.
- Also, the Traditional Kung Fu class at 5:30 is still happening.
AFC716 will be closed for Christmas through the New Year.
