I’ve been practicing Tai Chi for over 17 years, and have been teaching for 10 years. Tai Chi helps me to create a calm and steady center that I can make good decisions from, create actions out of, and build upon to create an intentional life.
I’ve been practicing 8 Step Preying Mantis Kung Fu for around 10 years. It’s a great physical workout, which brings me strength, coordination, and teaches me so much. Life is about learning, and this practice is one of my teachers.

I have been practicing Martial Arts for more than half my life. Tai Chi specifically for 7 years as a way to calm myself. I stumbled upon Turbo Kick as a means to lose weight and gain strength. After my first session in my basement I needed to learn to instruct it live so more people can reap the benefits. I live my life with black belt excellence in all I do and share my journey with those I teach.
