I decided to start teaching Cize because this program is very dear to my heart. I completed 8 weeks of Cize after having my son in 2015 – I was able to lose all my baby weight within those 8 weeks and could not believe that a fun cardio program, that doesn’t even feel like exercise, could give such amazing results in such a short period of time.
